IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 310(FIN) am S(brf sup maj fld S) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan program expenses of state government, for certain programs, and to capitalize funds; and providing for an effective date." (technical title change) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 310(FIN) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB 310(FIN) am S(brf sup maj fld S), and recommended that the members vote no. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 310(FIN) am?"
